Sunday, October 18, 2015 Dr. Sawyer had a chance to orally present at the Regional Chapter ACSM Conference as well as have a little fun with Student Jeopardy! His topic was presented on the biological variability in fat change with exercise training. Students Ross, Casey and Brett competed with a test of their anatomy and physiology knowledge against 14 other teams from CA, NV, AZ, and Utah. They were in first place after the first round, but ended up finishing somewhere in the middle of the pack. Awesome job! Jenny Beers, Brett Baughman, Kai Pattison and Patricia Benedict all presented research posters presenting the work that was conducted over the past 2 summers in the lab.
